Meet Our Realtor Gina Grainger

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living is excited to welcome Gina Grainger to the team. Originally from Florence, South Carolina, Gina made Horry County home after marrying her husband, who is from Loris. Over the years, she has developed strong ties to the area and a genuine love for the community she now serves.

Gina may be beginning a new career in real estate, but she brings decades of professional experience with her. She spent 36 years working in finance, beginning her career in banking in 1989. In 2010, she transitioned into education, where she worked as a school secretary and later as a high school bookkeeper. Her background has given her valuable experience in organization, attention to detail, finances, and working with people.

Real estate is something Gina has wanted to pursue for many years. She has always enjoyed exploring homes and is excited to turn that interest into a career helping others find a home they love. As a true people person, she looks forward to meeting clients from all walks of life and being someone they can count on throughout the buying or selling process.

Gina is motivated by growth and enjoys learning new things and challenging herself. Now that her son is an adult, she is excited to focus on a goal she has had for herself for a long time and build a career doing something she has always wanted to do.
