Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living is pleased to welcome Quincy Smallwood to its team of Grand Strand real estate professionals.
Originally from Meridian, Georgia, Quincy first visited Myrtle Beach when he was 18. Years later, he met his wife, who was born and raised in the area, and the couple eventually decided to build their home in Myrtle Beach. Today, Quincy appreciates the relaxed coastal lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and family friendly atmosphere that make the Grand Strand such a desirable place to call home.
Quincy brings 19 years of real estate experience to Elliott Coastal Living and is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia. His background extends beyond traditional residential real estate. As an active real estate investor and landlord, Quincy has experience with investment properties, rental management, seller financing, estate sales, title issues, and other complex transactions.
His knowledge of the Myrtle Beach market is also personal. Quincy has built a custom home in the area and owns and manages a short term rental property along the coast. This firsthand experience gives him a valuable perspective when assisting clients interested in primary residences, second homes, new construction, and investment properties.
Quincy chose Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living after having a positive experience with one of the company’s agents when purchasing land in Myrtle Beach. The professionalism and service he received made an impression and ultimately helped make Elliott Coastal Living the right choice for the next chapter of his real estate career.
As Quincy continues to establish roots in the Myrtle Beach community, he looks forward to helping buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating to the Grand Strand navigate their real estate decisions with confidence.
