I am a native of coastal living and began an early career in County Government in 1977 with Horry County Clerk of Court until 1993. I currently reside in my home town of Atlantic Beach, a small ocean front town created out of segregation that host a legacy of rich and unique history.  I have knowledge of the people, the schools, the politics, and landscape of the community. Having grown up in this small coastal town that is a part of the greater Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand area, it is the primary focus of my real estate efforts. Although I market and sell real estate throughout the Grand Strand, the town of Atlantic Beach holds my attention to a great potential that lacks marketing initiatives. And as a Realtor my primary objective is to promote the sales of resort, commercial and residential property that will complement the revitalization of the Town in a manner that diversify, respects and balance the unique historical and physical characteristics with future development efforts.
