Like so many of you, I was first drawn to the Grand Strand by its low cost of living, year-round mild climate, 60-mile stretch of beach, and extensive golfing opportunities. After growing up in Long Island, New York, the southern charm of this stunning oceanfront community felt like a little slice of coastal paradise.
