“I met Dita by phone one day when I called about an MLS listing I saw online. As buyers living out-of-state we had needs beyond that of a typical local buyer from a real estate agent and Dita’s customer service focus made all our concerns about a ‘remote’ home search melt away. The very next day Dita toured the listing with me on the phone and texted photos of everything I was interested in. Although that condominium was not the one for us, less than two months later we’ve already closed on a condo and started renovations. Dita was the perfect agent for us to work with to make this happen. Our condo search took a couple bumpy twists and turns but every step of the way Dita was on top of what was going on, kept us well informed, and was always available to respond to questions or do more research. Working remotely with Dita during our home search we couldn’t personally drive the area to get a feel of its vibe, tour properties, or identify the locations of facilities and resources that are important to us … but Dita took care of all this for us. Dita learned our key criteria for a condo and sent MLS listings daily. She followed up on all my questions about every listing (and there were a lot of listings and I had lots of questions). We started touring properties together using FaceTime; Dita is an expert showing a property this way! For example, she has a discerning eye for details and she’d move the lens closer to something and say “do you see this?”. Her attention to detail extended into touring the public spaces of a condo complex as well as the surrounding area. She’d mention items that didn’t necessarily convey over FaceTime, things like an odd odor, an excessively dark lobby, security, or the general activity / noise level in a complex … all things you’d automatically pick up on if you are there in person but unless an agent takes the time and makes the effort to share with you would go unnoticed. Dita did everything possible to give me a complete view of properties so we could make our decision. Dita’s enthusiasm, energy, and passion for helping people made her a pleasure to work with. Additionally, her professionalism, great communication skills, and critical eye for property condition made her the perfect real estate agent for us. We of course highly recommend working with Dita in your next home search, and if we ever decide to sell – or buy another property in the greater Myrtle Beach area, we will again work with Dita.”
